How We Are Different Than Other Training Programs
Our program breaks down every movement within each skill. We tend to learn by example. We get that example by watching other cheerletes, whether that be good or bad. Our coaches work hard to get your body in the right position so that you can fulfill the skill. The ability to train at home will catapult your gym training time and ensure that you are maximizing your skill and training efficiency.
One of our goals is to make sure that all cheerletes get all they can out of each level. Too many times we get focused on the minimum skill set that will allow level progression. For example, most athletes want to get their back handspring to move from Level 1 to Level 2. Next, they want to work on a tuck to move from Level 2 to Level 3. You guessed it...Then the focus moves to a standing tuck and layout for Level 4 and finally landing a full will get you to the prized Level 5. We, at CheerBandz, want you to get so much more out of your cheer experience. That's why we focus on every skill in every level. Excellence is our goal in everything we do!
What's Included In A CheerBandz Kit?
Each video will have a General Warm Up, Skill Specific Conditioning Drills and Light Stretching. This is the structure we are encouraging cheerletes around the world to follow as a guideline when training. We want to educate athletes that stretching for a long period of time before practice and/or training sessions is detrimental to their skill progression. In each kit you will receive a specific skill level instructional DVD, latex free resistance training bandz for every drill, and a compact drawstring tote making it easy to store and carry your bandz with you to practice.
